Ah... [A slight noise is all that will tell Yang that Rakka's a bit surprised by how quickly the apologies were showing up. It... She felt a little bad, even if she shouldn't have...]

I'm sorry... I just wanted to be sure. [This is off to a great start.]

But, why did you say those things? You said it wasn't you...?

Well... [ Where to start? The other explanations had been mostly straightforward. ] Have you noticed anything different about yourself, or people around you, the past few Fridays? Like, only on Fridays...? It has to do with that.

[ Yang sighed. ] It wasn't a pleasant encounter, and I don't think she's easy to get along with but, well, you can kind of see why?

Someone that you fought with? [She sounds... just a bit skeptical. But it's mixed in with a sense of curiosity that Rakka may never lose.]

I... I can, yeah. [...] It sounds like none of this was fun for you either, Yang.

It wasn't. But this was less fun for everyone else involved. [ She isn't about to say that she is the one with the short end of the stick, just because it was beyond her control. Yang did plenty of private moping already. ]

Mmm... [Judging by the sounds, Rakka was in agreement with that. Now that she was actually hearing about it from the source... all around, the mess Yang had accidentally caused seemed bigger then she ever could have thought. She. She felt kind of bad.]

...I appreciate it, you calling to apologize for what... the other you said. I mean it.

It's the least I could do. [ Literally. But even though she's made that point clear, Yang still sounded relieved. ]

If there's anything else — and I mean anything I can do to try and make it up to you, all you gotta do is ask.

[It is the least she could do. But, then again, an apology can go a long way if someone's willing to make up for it. Rakka hopes that Yang does.]

Okay. How about... next time we meet, we train together?

[ That was unexpected. Yang was amiable to it. ] Sure! But do you mean train you, or train your Pokémon?

[ Rakka might be a little small for the Xiao Long-Rose training regimen. ]

[Rakka's proud of her often hidden ability of being unexpected. It was a thing that happened more in her earlier days then now.]

[Then again, she'd never considered training herself. Ever.]

All right. About what level are they now? [ Best to find out how thorough said training can be. She doesn't want her crew playing too roughly. ]

Level? Uhh... [Well she... actually doesn't check too much. Let's just look those up right now, shall we?]

Well, some of them are around level twenty and a few that are in the thirties! [You can tell which ones are the babies.]

[yanginthere]

Okay, good! It doesn't sound like there will be any problems if they tussle with my furballs. [ Not that she's ever seen a Pokémon get seriously hurt yet anyway. ]

Y-yeah! [Hopefully...! She's trying so hard not to sound uncertain about all this.] They're pretty strong. But I've only been in a couple battles with trainers.

[yanginthere]

It's not so different than fighting wild pokémon, unless the trainer micro-manages the battle on their end. Me? I like to play it fast and loose, and leave it up to them to go with what feels right unless, like, someone brings out a tricky move.

So... you leave them in the dust!

I think I'll have to work on a strategy then, if I want to beat the gym here.

[ Yang pauses a moment, then laughs. ] Hahah, yeah! Especially if I send in Dusty first — it's basically what she's trained to do.

I hope so. I don't think I really want to stay in one place like this. This region is so big already that... it would be a shame, right?
